I was really disappointed with my stay. The shower head was handheld, making it difficult to shower properly without water spraying everywhere. the loud nightclubs nearby were unbearable, shaking the room with bass music until 6:30 am. I barely got any sleep during my stay which was extremely frustrating.

The location in the center was ideal for walking. I especially appreciated the friendly staff who helped with my luggage upon arrival and quickly arranged a taxi. The cleanliness of my economy room was remarkable, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. having a city view was delightful, providing an enchanting backdrop to my stay.

The staff provided excellent service, quickly arranging a rental car upon arrival. nighttime noise from nearby bars was noticeable, disrupting sleep, and there were no on-site parking facilities. this required using a public lot.

I absolutely loved the cozy balcony with street views and how the hotel is just a few steps from the Rimondi Fountain and many excellent restaurants, making every walk feel like an adventure.
